Global Gandhian Movement for Swaraj
Design & People develops an identity for the Global Gandhian Movement for Swaraj (GGMS) — a network of individuals, organisations, campaigns and movements, subscribes to the vision of 'Swaraj' as explained by Mahatma Gandhi in Hind Swaraj. The new identity that captures the message of the Vedic word 'Swaraj' and the spirit of the movement was developed by Mathew Kutty, Aravind Parvatikar and Sethu Das of Design & People after constant discussions with the GGMS Core Group on various logo options developed over the months by Design & People Team Members from different parts of the country. As a Member Organisation in the Global Gandhian Movement for Swaraj, Design & People is now in the process of developing a website for GGMS (www.gandhianmovement.org) with extensive use of social platforms, a blog, stationary items, presentation templates and materials for Non-Violent Action Trainings.
